Dr. Angelos Zamanis is a chemist with three master’s degrees and a PhD from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. A passionate winemaker, and since May 2024, he is one of the three co-founders of Sacred Mountain and its General Director. He is also the person who invented the Marbled Malagouzia.
His favorite motto: “Wine is one of the most civilized things in this world.” Ernest Miller Hemingway.
