Beyond hospitality, Thomas is a well-known death metal musician, performing in the bands Psalm and Dead Creed. His adventurous spirit led him to found the Poseidonian Vault, an innovative underwater wine cellar that enriches Sacred Mountain wines with a unique umami essence from the pristine waters of Chalkidiki, under the shadow of Mount Athos. As one of the three co-founders of Sacred Mountain, Thomas brings his passion for premium products and unorthodox winemaking methods, creating exclusive and unparalleled wines.
